1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Custor mobile application ("the App" or "Custor"), you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not install or immediately remove the App from your device.
2. Description of the Service
Custor is a software tool designed for personal collection management, visual cataloguing, live card scanning, and market price tracking for Trading Card Games (TCGs). All storage features are engineered to operate locally on your device with a zero-server architecture.
3. Intellectual Property & Franchise Disclaimers
Custor is an independent application developed to support the collector and player community. We explicitly declare that:
- Trademarks, product names, characters and artwork related to Pokémon belong to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc.
- Trademarks and content related to One Piece Card Game and Digimon belong to Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Bandai Namco.
- Trademarks and content related to Disney Lorcana belong to Disney Enterprises, Inc. and Ravensburger.
- Trademarks and content related to Magic: The Gathering belong to Wizards of the Coast LLC / Hasbro.
- Trademarks and content related to Yu-Gi-Oh! belong to Studio Dice / SHUEISHA, TV TOKYO, and KONAMI.
The use of these graphic and textual elements within the application is for identification and informational purposes only (Fair Use), allowing users to organize and catalog their legitimately owned physical cards.
4. Price Accuracy & Financial Disclaimer
Economic estimates and market valuations displayed within Custor are provided solely for indicative, reference, and informational purposes, based on publicly aggregated data from third-party platforms (such as Cardmarket and TCGplayer).
No financial advice: Estimates do not constitute financial advice, binding appraisals, or an offer/guarantee to sell or purchase at any specified price. The developers of Custor are not liable for any financial losses, private transactions, or price discrepancies experienced during sales or trades between users.
5. User Trades (Peer-to-Peer)
The offline QR-based peer-to-peer trade feature serves solely as a visual informational aid to facilitate comparisons between collectors. Any agreements, physical deliveries, shipments, or payments for physical cards are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the contracting parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Custor is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or operational errors resulting from the use of the App or from the user's failure to maintain local backups.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian and European Union law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent consumer court.
